Why I Created this Event
HR professionals spend so much of their time focused on other people’s growth, development and careers. I wanted to create an experience that gives us the space to turn some of that attention back to ourselves - to think about how we show up professionally, the relationships we’re building, and the careers we want to continue shaping.
I’m looking forward to bringing everyone together, continuing to grow the Sphere community, and creating more opportunities for HR professionals to learn from and connect with one another.
