Why I Created Sphere

I’ve spent more than 18 years in Human Resources, from generalist roles to executive leadership, and now consulting and coaching. Across those roles, I gained perspective not only on organizations, but on the people doing the work.

Over the years, I’ve seen how much HR professionals give. Supporting teams. Guiding decisions. Navigating complexity. And too often, their own development becomes secondary. I’ve lived that tension myself. I continue to meet talented HR professionals who want to think more strategically and take greater ownership of their path, but struggle to create the space to do so.
