Why I Created Sphere
I’ve spent the past 18+ years in Human Resources - from generalist roles to executive leadership, and now as an HR Consultant and Certified Leadership Coach.
I’ve seen firsthand how much HR professionals give to others. We’re there for leaders, teams, employees - navigating through complexity, offering guidance, supporting decisions.
And somewhere along the way, our own development gets pushed aside, as immediate needs take priority.
Over the years, I’ve met many HR professionals who wanted to grow, build their network, and take their career into their own hands, but weren’t sure where to start, or how to create the space to do it.
I’ve held the role myself. I know how easy it is to keep postponing that moment where you step back, reflect, and invest in your own path.
That’s why I created Sphere.
A space where HR professionals can turn some of that attention inward, to take ownership of their path, expand their influence, and elevate the role they play in their organizations.
Here, you’re invited to show up fully. To ask real questions. To try things, reflect, and get feedback. Sometimes that means learning from others. Sometimes it means stepping forward and taking up a bit more space, always with intention and support.
