Why I Created Sphere

My mission is to help HR professionals become more confident, connected, and influential leaders, so they can create better workplaces and help shape the future of work.

For more than 18 years, I’ve built my career in Human Resources - from HR practitioner, to executive leadership roles, including Vice President of Human Resources, and now as a consultant, coach, speaker, and founder.

Throughout that journey, I’ve supported organizations through growth, transformation, challenges, and change. I’ve worked alongside leaders, guided teams through complex decisions, and witnessed firsthand the impact HR can have when it is positioned as a true strategic partner.

That experience shaped what I believe deeply: in order to thrive, HR professionals need confidence, perspective, meaningful relationships, and spaces where they can think, learn, and grow with others who understand the realities of the role.

That’s why I created Sphere.
