CRHA | CRIA members may declare the structured learning hours completed through Sphere toward their mandatory continuing education requirements, in accordance with the Ordre’s guidelines and the relevance to their professional practice.
Learning objectives, duration, and competencies addressed are clearly outlined for each activity. Participation is tracked, and members receive a consolidated annual certificate summarizing the total structured hours completed to support their continuing education declaration.
Employers subject to Quebec’s Act to Promote Workforce Skills Development and Recognition (the 1% Training Law) may consider participation in Sphere as an eligible training expense when it is documented and aligned with workforce skills development objectives, in accordance with their internal validation processes.
Upon request, we can provide a letter outlining the purpose and value of the community to support your internal approval process.
