The Person Behind Sphere

My career in Human Resources spans more than 20 years, from HR practitioner to executive roles, including Vice President of HR, before moving into consulting and coaching.

Today, I work alongside CEOs, HR professionals, and leaders to address organizational challenges and support their development.

Through coaching and leadership development, I’ve worked with hundreds of leaders across Canada and the United States. My own experience in leadership helps me understand the responsibility they carry and the difficult decisions that come with it.

Today, I bring that experience to Sphere, my consulting, coaching, and leadership development firm. Whether I’m advising a CEO, coaching a leader, or facilitating leadership development training, I take the time to understand what’s happening and help people work through it. I bring an honest perspective and practical experience, with a focus on what they can do next.

Sphere is also home to the Sphere Community, a membership for HR leaders. I created it because the people who spend their days supporting others need support and opportunities to develop, too. It’s a place to learn, speak openly, and build relationships with peers who understand the work.

My goal is to help people become more confident and effective leaders, so they can make better decisions for their teams and their organizations.
