Joining Sphere begins with a conversation. We take the time to meet with every potential member to understand your context and what you’re hoping to gain from the experience.

If Sphere feels like a good fit for both you and the community, you’ll receive the payment link and the next steps to join.

Sphere is for HR professionals who are ready to deepen their perspective and engage more intentionally in their development. What unites our members is the desire to connect, share, and grow in a supportive, future-focused community.

Sphere is a relationship-centered HR learning ecosystem. It brings together expert insight, peer exchange, and co-development to support learning over time.

The structure fosters trust and active participation, while creating space for members to contribute, experiment, and step into the spotlight when they want to stretch themselves as leaders.

Sphere is designed to fit into your busy schedule. Most members commit to:

• A 1.5-hour virtual capsule every month.

• A 1.5-hour co-development session every 5-6 weeks

• Quarterly in-person gatherings

That’s okay! All members stay connected through the private online forum, and you’ll have access to shared resources. You can join the sessions that fit your schedule and still feel part of the community.

Sphere members receive exclusive discounts on add-on services like 1:1 coaching with Christina, private HR consulting sessions, and specialized workshops. These are optional but they give you the chance to go deeper on your personal leadership or organizational challenges at a preferred rate.

Sphere operates on a 12-month commitment basis and include immediate access to a psychometric assessment, resources, online community platform, and other benefits.

For this reason, all registrations are final and non-refundable. This applies even if a participant chooses to stop participating before the end of the program.

We want Sphere to be a meaningful investment. Please review all information and reach out with questions before registering.

Life happens, and we get it. If you’re unable to participate for a period of time, your membership may be paused once during the year. When you’re ready to return, you can resume your participation and complete the remaining months of your 12-month term.

Pauses are intended to support temporary life circumstances and do not affect the overall program fee or payment obligations.

If you miss a capsule, you can join a future session on the same theme (when available). Key resources, summaries, and discussions also remain accessible in the private online forum.
