All members sign a confidentiality agreement, ensuring conversations remain respectful, open, and protected.

CRHA | CRIA members may declare the structured learning hours completed through Sphere toward their mandatory continuing education requirements, in accordance with the Ordre’s guidelines and the relevance to their professional practice.
Learning objectives, duration, and competencies addressed are clearly outlined for each activity. Participation is tracked, and members receive a consolidated annual certificate summarizing the total structured hours completed to support their continuing education declaration.
Employers subject to Quebec’s Act to Promote Workforce Skills Development and Recognition (the 1% Training Law) may consider participation in Sphere as an eligible training expense when it is documented and aligned with workforce skills development objectives, in accordance with their internal validation processes.
Upon request, we can provide a letter outlining the purpose and value of the community to support your internal approval process.

Sphere is a relationship-centered HR learning ecosystem designed for depth.
Every member begins with a SuccessFinder assessment focused on the competencies required to lead HR today, followed by a personalized development plan that anchors their learning.
Learning takes place through interactive workshops and co-development. The focus is on sharing experience, thinking together, and applying ideas in real contexts.
Sphere also invites members to help shape the community by animating workshops, sharing practices, and supporting peers. We strive to create creating visibility through contribution.

Sphere is designed to fit into your busy schedule. The core commitment includes:
• One 1.5-hour virtual workshop each month
• Three in-person eventsBeyond that, your level of involvement is flexible. You may choose to participate in co-development sessions, engage more actively on the online platform, share resources, contribute to discussions, co-facilitate workshops, or take part in our matchup program - where you can be randomly paired weekly or monthly with other HR professionals to connect and expand your network.

That’s okay! All members stay connected through the private online forum, and you’ll have access to shared resources. You can join the sessions that fit your schedule and still feel part of the community.

Sphere members receive exclusive discounts on add-on services like 1:1 coaching with Christina, private HR consulting sessions, and specialized workshops. These are optional but they give you the chance to go deeper on your personal leadership or organizational challenges at a preferred rate.

Sphere operates on a 12-month commitment basis and include immediate access to a psychometric assessment, resources, online community platform, and other benefits.
For this reason, all registrations are final and non-refundable. This applies even if a participant chooses to stop participating before the end of the program.
We want Sphere to be a meaningful investment. Please review all information and reach out with questions before registering.

Life happens, and we get it. If you’re unable to participate for a period of time, your membership may be paused once during the year. When you’re ready to return, you can resume your participation and complete the remaining months of your 12-month term.
Pauses are intended to support temporary life circumstances and do not affect the overall program fee or payment obligations.

If you miss a capsule, you can join a future session on the same theme (when available). Key resources, summaries, and discussions also remain accessible in the private online forum.

Sphère is currently based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Although our monthly workshops take place online, our in-person events take place in the Montreal region.
