  • Growth is only meaningful when it turns into action. With the support of Sphere, you’ll translate the insights from your SuccessFinder report into a clear, customized development plan. This will become your roadmap, designed around your style, your goals, and your career journey, so you can lead with focus, clarity, and impact.

  • Every 2 months, join a 1.5-hour virtual workshop dedicated to current and emerging workplace topics. These sessions are designed to be practical, interactive, and relevant, combining expert insight with peer discussion.

    It’s your chance to connect with other HR professionals who face the same challenges, explore new strategies in a safe space, and walk away with fresh ideas and concrete solutions you can put into practice immediately.

    And for those ready to step forward, Sphere members can also co-facilitate capsules with our support - building confidence, visibility, and thought leadership within the community.

The training activities offered through Sphere are eligible under Québec’s 1% training law (Loi favorisant le développement et la reconnaissance des compétences de la main-d’œuvre) and count toward CRHA/CRIA continuing education credits.
